Another challenge! I wanted to participate in this challenge because it featured my favorite medium, watercolor. I painted the geraniums on 140lb watercolor paper, hot press, cut it and mounted it onto a 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 white cardstock base. The theme was clean and simple and I think I managed to achieve that by just adding a sentiment to the painting of the flowers. You can find more information about the theme and the challenge on the Paper Players blog.
Beautiful, Lili! The way you have watercolored the leaves has given them so much depth. I am so glad you shared your card with The Paper Players. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann. I appreciate your comment.
DeleteLili, you've created a gorgeous card with your wonderful water coloring! Red geraniums are just so beautiful and you've captured that so well on your CAS card. Thank you so much for joining in with the Paper Players this week!

DeleteWhat a glorious painting of the geraniums! You've achieved lovely depth on the leaves with the overlapping and shades of colour. Thank you for joining in with my CAS Watercolour Challenge at the Paper Players.
