Get Crazy with Markers!!

Hello dear followers! Today I am bringing another card I created for our weekly challenge at the Friday Mashup blog. Tara is our hostess and her challenge is to create a project using markers in any way you can imagine, and if you want, mash it up with texture.

I started with a 4" by 5 1/4" of Raspberry Ripple which I embossed using the Fancy Fan Folder (127751). The DSP panel is 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" from  In Color Designer Series Paper Stacks  2012-2014 (126910). The vertical panel is a 4 1/2" by 4 1/4" piece of Pool Party Coordination cardstock, which I embossed with the Woodgrain embossing folder (127821). I cut the panel where the butterfly lies out of Apothecary Accents Framelits (127003). I stamped the butterfly from Papillon Potpourri ( W123757 C 123759) with Stazon (101406) on watercolor paper, painted it with In Color markers 2012-2014 (126856), and cut it out with the Elegant Butterfly punch (127526). The sentiment is from one of my favorite stamp sets, Loving Thoughts ( W 125843 C 125845). Hope you get inspired enough to participate in the challenge.

Visit the Friday Mashup blog and check out the creations of the Design Team to get more inspiration.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy stamping.
